Recently, I've found myself studying the faces of women over the age of, oh, around 35. I'm fascinated by the way women make peace - or don't - with their adult faces.

That is a fascinating idea I'm not sure I understand. My first thought was that I should look for that in the next few days, as I will be in a crowd. And my next thought was thinking how the signs of "making peace with one's face" might look like the signs of approaching the high holidays as an emotionally intimate thing in contrast with a socially formal thing.
